We do have to start thiking of how we will be looking after ourselves in the future. First step was to stop relying on someone elses dream and start my own (ie got out of the rat race).

Passive residual income provides financial freedom. “Royalty” type income has been one of my goals for many years. During some of those years I did achieve enough passive residual income from network marketing to live on full-time — even if I stopped working. Those were years of great freedom!

Now I am determined to build up residual royalty income from writing, including blogging, books, and Kindle eBooks.

Depending on your definition, I either “retired” decades ago, or I will probably never retire. My own businesses have given me creative satisfaction and friendships. I tried, more or less successfully to live by the motto, “If you do what you love, you will hardly ever have to work.”

However, I do have plans that I have to meet and I want to be retired early on. I think I commented here before that even though when I retire, I would enjoy myself, I still would go to speak at conferences and do things I love to do. The great thing is that you can always revamp anytime. Static pages are really not as valuable as your blog post pages. Those are what are within your feeds, especially in terms of WordPress posts and pages. So, if you have an area you still want in your feed, you can always (especially if your theme is design with the WP 3.0+ menu system), you can easily put that post as a targeted page…. or an image somewhere prominent to hopefully attract and convert your visitors./

I agree on your saying that doing things to generate money especially when you are dealing with time. Since time is also money and as it ticks away you should be earning at the same time. But some people are just lazy were in they let time pass by without gaining something. So effort and persistent should be there always if you want income to continuously flow on your side.

The Empower Network looks an interesting program and at only $25 for the basic membership the risk is minimal, and like you said it’s great for newbies who can take their time to learn without spending a fortune. I do hope your knee is feeling better and all the best for the new year.

you are making a great point about the Law of Attraction being connected with the Law of Awareness.

Abraham-Hicks has made an impact with their teachings on me. What I learned from them is that the law of attraction is always at work, what we attract depends on our vibration/frequency.

Awareness ties in with that by being aware about how we feel and we can change that through our thinking.
