Statistics do not lie.

Most people will not have enough saved to retire the way they dream about.

I go for daily walks and sometimes I will stop and chat with people.

One of my neighbors is retired and whenever I see him we always say hello.

One day we somehow started talking about travel.

I would tell him about the places I have visited and what my plans are for when I retire.

He looked at me candidly and said that even though he worked hard all of his life and owned his own home it is impossible for him to travel due to finances.

That home he owns is now his prison.

When I talk with people in their twenties they always say they have lots of time to prepare.

No they don’t.

Because they are not doing today what they need to do.

They have no plan.

They are not saving.

They are not building their own independent income stream.

That is the problem with time.

We take it for granted and always assume we have lots of time to change.

You may never be able to save enough to live that dream retirement.

But nothing is stopping you from creating your own business and your own cash flow.

It starts with having the right Cash Flow Mindset.

So what are you doing right now to ensure you that you have freedom to retire on your terms.

Think about this because time has a way of sneaking up on you.

If you are living pay to pay how are things going to change to allow you to retire?

Or maybe you have some cash put away but is it enough?

Do you have a plan?

And I do not mean buying lottery tickets.

What changes are you going to make in 2012 so that you can retire the way you want to?

Here is what I am going to do this year.

First, I have a great day job that I love however I do not want to be chained to my desk until I die.

I want to be able to travel the world and work at the same time.

To do that I need my own business that generates cash flow.

My business is consulting with local businesses to increase paying customers through online marketing.

I am very good at that.

However to attain my retirement goal I need a business that works for me while I am away.

So, I am going to create an offline marketing system that can be outsourced and allow others to sell it in their local market for a commission.

Eventually all I will do is train others how to market and sell the system to local businesses.

And I can do that training from anywhere in the world.

This is my plan for 2012.

When you decide to start your own online home business there will come a time when you will need to build a list of potential prospects.

Offline you would make a list of family, friends, business acquaintances, fellow employees and any one else you can think of who may benefit from your business.

Online you have a number of methods of building your list.

Offer a free report in exchange for their contact details.

If you are in Network Marketing join a site like MLM Lead System Pro and use their system to build your list.

Create a Facebook Page that captures emails.

Your goal is to build a targeted list.

Here are two different examples for building your prospect list.

———

First List Building Example

Let’s say that you are working in the offline market, that is helping local businesses with their online advertising.

I have a number of products that I sell to those businesses to bring them more customers.

I can also build a team (recruits) and earn residual income from their efforts.

In fact my long term goal is to stop doing the direct sales and just train new team members to build up the residual income.

Where do I find recruits online?

Create a simple product, say “How to Close Five New Clients This Week”.

Then offer it as a WSO (Warrior Special Offer) on the Warriors Forum targeting the Offliners, which is one of the largest niches right now on that forum.

But here is the trick.

Offer 100% commissions to all of the current warriors promoting such products.

They will promote the offer to their existing offliner’s list.

You create a capture page to deliver the product.

And here is another trick -> tell them you need their email so that you can send them free future updates.

People like that.

And the great thing about the Warriors Forum is that the product can be small and specific with a price tag of less than $10.

The product just has to offer some value that can be absorbed in one reading.

Your goal is to build your list of people who are already working in the offline market.

You can put those captured emails into an auto-responder and gradually introduce them to your business.

Your cost?

Zero dollars and maybe a few hours to put together a report.

———

Second List Building Example

Many of you are already involved with Network Marketing or are contemplating it.

You have a number of targeted groups you could go after.

Those who are looking to start a home business.

People involved with an existing MLM who are not successful, yet.

People involved with an existing MLM who are looking to diversify.

Someone who may be interested in your product.

On Facebook most of my friends are Network Marketers (I know I need to get a life).

Many post daily updates about their mlm product.

I suppose it is easy to do but are they really attracting attention?

You know what attracts my attention?

Those selling tools and programs aimed at helping me build my business.

If they talk about those tools daily, in a valuable way by providing free advice, then they build their brand.

This does not happen overnight, it takes time and consistency.

And their posts are not about selling, they are about providing value, in small bits.

You can do the same thing.

If you do not have your own product then become an affiliate for someone who does.

Some of my Facebook friends are involved with “Mentoring for Free” and they are doing it wrong.

When we become friends they send me an email asking how they can help and offering me a free ebook.

That’s it for engagement.

They never bothered to read my page or check me out to see if I needed help.

Talk about a passive way to build a business.

If I was involved with that program I would become their Facebook poster boy.

Every day I would post at least three updates talking about how they were helping my business.

And I would do it by telling personal stories, either about myself or others.

You can build a list using social engagement, you just have to be consistent and provide value.

———

Just ask yourself a simple question, what does my target list need, and then provide it without selling anything.

The technique was used way before the internet arrived.

I still receive a free desktop calendar from my insurance company every year.

You should be doing activities that continually adds to your prospect list, whether it is in direct sales or recruiting.

———

I would like to do a shout-out for an event that is coming up the last weekend in October – Collaboration Live – Northeast.

It will feature Richard Goutal plus some great speakers, Al Carlson, Crystal Curtis, Dr. Bob Clarke and Dena Bethea.

Think about how you could increase your prospect list by attending a live event.

I refer to this overall business mindset as your “Cash Flow Mindset”.

Before you do anything else you should evaluate where your brain is at.

First, I wrote about the Entrepreneurial Mindset and how it is just one layer of your overall business mindset.

You realize that you will fail more than you succeed.

You know that failure is a chance to learn from your mistakes, not to quit.

You are not afraid of failure.

You see opportunity everywhere.

You do not need 100% certainty to act.

You know that it takes work to be successful and it will not happen overnight.

You have a long term outlook.

You are ready to do the uncomfortable.

In my last article I talked about hitting your business sweet spot, which is another layer.

“Hitting the sweet spot” mindset requires you to accept that most of your time and effort should be doing activities that generate money.

Another thing you need to accept is that you will not always hit the sweet spot.

However there are even more layers to this Cash Flow mindset that you need to accept before you start your business.

You are in business to increase your cash flow.

You need to provide value to your customers even though there may not be an obvious payback.

Do not become attached to any particular outcome.

Accept that you need to plan and set goals.

Be coachable.

Don’t let criticism sidetrack you.

Treat your business like a business, not a hobby.

Listen first.

Think Big.

It is not enough to just read the above, you have to read it, believe it and live it.

Refer to your home office as your office.

Get Business Cards.

Set working hours and stick to them.

Find a coach.

Create a business plan.

Take Action.

In baseball when you hit the sweet spot the full force of your swing is transferred to the ball. There is no negative feedback and it results in a well hit ball. And in baseball a great player does not hit the sweet spot with every swing ..........

So how do you hit the sweet spot in your business? By doing money making activities.

In baseball when you hit the sweet spot the full force of your swing is transferred to the ball.

There is no negative feedback and it results in a well hit ball.

However a great player does not hit the sweet spot with every swing.

We idolize players who achieve a lifetime 300 average.

But to achieve that average they may swing their bat an average of six times each time they are at bat.

This results in a 5% hit rate.

So how do you hit the sweet spot in your business?

By doing money making activities.

If you think about it, this is another layer to your overall business mindset.

I am going to refer to this overall business mindset as your Cash Flow Mindset.

Last time I talked about the Entrepreneurial Mindset which is also a layer of your Cash Flow Mindset.

To develop this overall business mindset requires a number of distinct layers.

These distinct layers are assumptions and methods that you accept that allows you to achieve cash flow.

“Hitting the sweet spot” mindset requires you to accept that most of your time and effort should be doing activities that generate money.

This may seem obvious yet many people who start a new business do everything but money making activities.

Another thing you need to accept is that you will not always hit the sweet spot.

This mindset is so important that it deserves to be categorized as its own layer.

Your money making activities for your business involves sharing your product, service and/or opportunity with someone.

It also involves following up.

If you shared your business with five people every day and followed up six to seven times with them, where would your business be in one year?

Sharing your business may involve walking into a business and talking with the owner.

It may involve calling a friend.

The idea is to connect one on one and have a conversation.

Let me know in the comments below if you accept this mindset and be honest, how often do you share your business on a daily basis and how much follow up do you do.

In my next post I will discuss a few more layers to this Cash Flow Mindset.

Sadly it is not that easy.

Back to my question.

Do you have an Entrepreneurial Mindset?

Do you have an Entrepreneurial Mindset?

Last time I talked about “How to Retire Early” and the idea was very basic, create your own cash flow.

Wouldn’t it be great if all we had to do was snap our fingers every time we needed cash flow.

Sadly it is not that easy.

Back to my question.

Do you have an Entrepreneurial Mindset?

This may be a tough question for those who have been working all of their lives and are just starting to think about owning their own business.

Some of you may be shouting out “Yes I am an Entrepreneur” without realize what that really means.

Others may say that they could never be an entrepreneur.

Guess what, anyone can be an entrepreneur if they just have the right mindset.

So what is this mindset?

Are you ready?

You realize that you will fail more than you succeed.

You know that failure is a chance to learn from your mistakes, not to quit.

You are not afraid of failure.

You see opportunity everywhere.

You do not need 100% certainty to act.

You know that it takes work to be successful and it will not happen overnight.

You have a long term outlook.

You are ready to do the uncomfortable.

It is not enough to just read the above, you have to live it.

Entrepreneurs are not afraid to fail.

That does not mean they like to fail, it just means that they know it is a bumpy road.

The future is uncertain for everyone, but entrepreneurs thrive in uncertain environments.

People fail because they are afraid to fail, they freeze and end up doing nothing.

People fail because they need 100% certainty, which is impossible, so they freeze and end up doing nothing.

You see, doing nothing leads to failure, but this type of failure leads to quitting; it is the worst kind of failure.

The best kind of failure is one where you took action because you can learn from it.

I bet if I asked you what are the most uncomfortable things about operating your own business you would say the “money making” activities.

Making the cold call.

Sharing your opportunity with someone.

Asking for payment.

Doing a presentation.

Right?

But these are the money making activities.

The entrepreneur knows that they must do these uncomfortable activities to be successful.

And with time these uncomfortable activities will become comfortable and second nature to do.

Notice that I did not mention that to have an Entrepreneurial Mindset means being a risk taker.

The reason is that I consider it more risky to do nothing than to take action to create your own cash flow.

Take a look at the poor fellow in the picture above.

He passed my house one day as I was heading out.

His reality, day to day reality, is hardship because he wasn’t willing to do what was necessary to take control of his cash flow.

I chatted with him for a few minutes and I asked him point blank how he ended up on the street.

He had a litany of excuses, blaming others and uncontrollable circumstances.

Essentially it was not his fault.

But you and I know it was his fault.

Do you now have the Entrepreneurial Mindset?

Most people spend their lives saving, or not saving, for retirement.

Some wake up one day, say fifteen years from retirement and realize they have not saved enough.

They see those commercials about retiring with a vineyard and they think, hey it isn’t too late, they can help me.

Guess what, it is too late.

For many of us this means that we cannot retire, that we need to keep working to keep the cash flow going.

Nothing wrong with that if you like working when you are in your seventies.

And if you cannot work that means poverty.

You have two options when it comes to retirement.

One is to save, which really means you have to give up something that you may want, like a vacation, so that you have funds in the future.

Many do not earn more than they need to live the lifestyle they want, so they have to give up something.

The other option is to create cash flow that continues whether you are working or not.

You may have to fine tune that cash flow, maybe a few hours a week, however it is not like working 9 to 5.

Plus creating your own cash flow makes you feel good, really good.

And that cash flow allows you to retire early.

Downside?

You have to also give up something, your time.

You are going to trade your time to build a cash flow now, so that you can have more time in your retirement to enjoy.

This is not easy, just like saving for retirement is not easy in this economy.

You know that saying “Nothing is certain but death and taxes”.

Well, if you can avoid the former then retirement is also certain.

Are you ready for it?

So how do you create this elusive cash flow?

Stay tuned.

Today I wrap up many months of blog redesign with some obvious statements.

To attract your niche market you need to first identify them. (Market Research)

Second, you need to know what they type into the search engines when they are looking for you. (Keyword Research)

Once you know that, make sure you provide what they are looking for when they visit your blog. (SEO & Webdesign)

Sounds simple right?

My philosophy is simplicity.

Keep it simple and deliver.

So what is my next project?

Well, since my blog is about creating cash flow for your retirement I should write a report on that subject.

Makes sense.

I will then give that report away for free on my blog.

Makes sense again.

Day 4 is about creating the front page to my blog and also ensuring that when someone lands on that page they know exactly what this blog is about.

It’s been a long time since my last post however Day 4 of “How to Attract your Niche to your Blog” is now done.

Why so long?

The number one reason is that I have been concentrating my time on revenue producing activities.

The second reason includes procrastination, not making up my mind and trying to be perfect.

You see, Day 4 is about creating the front page to my blog and also ensuring that when someone lands on that page they know exactly what this blog is about.

So what is this blog about?

It is about creating cash flow from owing your own business that will provide for your retirement.

So it is targeted to those 40 and over, Zoomers, or Boomers with Zip.

Most people approach retirement the traditional way.

Work hard at a job, save for retirement, quit that job (retire) and live off of the savings.

And this traditional way is not working for many.

My solution.

Concentrate on building a cash flow that continues into retirement.

I finally got over trying to be perfect, because my front page is far from perfect.

For example, I am not happy with the video, however it is good enough until I update it.

But let’s look at the changes I have made.

I hope you all agree it is nice and clean, that was my objective.

I realize you may ask where I capture readers to add to my list.

My blog is about building relationships and I do not ask people to join my list when I first meet them.

I do have an advantage over some of you who are working on your cash flows using network marketing.

In my business I do not need a lot of people to join my team. Ten max at a time.

The front page does not have a lot of distractions.

I have my picture, which I think is important since I am branding myself.

I have all of the major ways for people to connect with me.

My recent posts and categories are displayed prominently.

And the footer has my contact information in citation format with some nice social proof.

Simple.

Of course I have the disclaimers, terms of service and privacy links at the very bottom.

Here is my philosophy.

Build relationships with like minded people.

Again, simple, like my front page.

Today I am going to look at my external and internal links to determine which ones should be "nofollow" links and which ones should open in a new window.

I am not a PageRank hog, but I do not see any reason to pass PageRank to any external websites except for comments and possibly other blog posts.

I also do not want to pass PageRank to certain internal pages, like my Privacy Policies.

As for whether or not to open a new window my rule is simple, all external links should open to a new window while internal links do not.

Today I am going to look at my external and internal links to determine which ones should be “nofollow” links and which ones should open in a new window.

I do not know about you but I hate it when a website opens new windows for internal links. I end up with many browser windows opened for one site.

However I do want to open a new window when someone clicks an external link because I do not want them to forget about my site.

To make these changes depends on the theme and plugins used.

Some themes are “SEO” optimized which I hope means you have complete control over your internal and external links in the theme.

Some plugins will have options for “nofollow” and whether or not they open in a new window. Many do not.

No matter which theme you have you will still have to deal with plugins and may have to dig deep and make some code changes.

Below are some videos on how I modified my theme and plugins to achieve my linking goals.

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

I know that is a lot of videos so here is a quickie summary.

1. Whether modifying a theme or plugin to find external links in the code search for “href=”

2. Once found you should see coding like “a href=http:” etc

3. I find the best place to add my code is between the “a” and the “href=”

4. To make a link “nofollow” add rel=’nofollow’ or rel=”nofollow” depending on how the code is using quotes

5. To force a link to open in a new window add target=’_blank’ or target=”_blank”

6. A little tip – use \” instead of just ” if the coding is confusing, ie target=\”_blank\” – by doing this you do not have to worry about how the coder is using quotes in their code

And that’s it

You could always just tell your webmaster what your goals are for internal and external linking and they can take care of it for you.

Me, I like to fool around with code.

I am redesigning my front page to attract my chosen niche to this blog.

For me, this is important.

When someone finds my front page in the search engines I want to deliver exactly what they are looking for.

No surprises.

No hitting them with ads to divert their attention.

If they come to my page and decide to leave so be it, I did not do my job.

I may add an exit pop-up with a last ditch message, but I will save that for the end.

I need to have a message that compels them to find out more about what I have to offer.

Which means I need to do some really good keyword research.

But first up, a video on how to structure my first page.

I am going to create a static page that will be optimized for my target niche and keywords.

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

People have asked me “Why a Static Page” and my best answer is that it gives me 100% control to target my niche.

My front page will attract my niche and lead them via links to my blog posts that may provide solutions to what they are looking for.

My blogs posts will be even more targeted to sub-niches.

That is my goal.

In the next video I show you how to specify which widgets will show up in your sidebar depending on which page you are on.

I think that is enough for Day 2.

Having the right structure in place is key.

You might have guessed that I am a minimalist when it comes to my blog.

Now that the structure is getting into shape I need to find keywords my niche is typing into the search engines everyday looking for the solution I offer.

That is not easy.

I am trying to attract a specific demographic who are looking for a solution to their cash flow problems in retirement.

But I am working on it.

Any suggestions?

Yesterday, Sunday, I tried to create a post on redesigning my front page to attract my chosen niche to this blog.

It proved to be too long and too confusing, so I decided to break it up into five parts.

Part 1 – Overview: Goals and Tools

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

And technically you have to spend $10 today to receive a $20 gift card to use on Amazon.com

But heh, it is still a good deal, right?

The point of today's blog post is that in Internet Marketing nothing is ever truly offered for free.

Okay, you may think I’m nuts giving away $10.00 to every reader of my blog today but technically it is not me, it is Living Social.

And technically you have to spend $10 today to receive a $20 gift card to use on Amazon.com

But heh, it is still a good deal, right?

The point of today’s blog post is that in Internet Marketing nothing is ever truly offered for free.

Nothing!

Is it good marketing to give away something for free?

It depends.

Some marketers will give you a piece of crap just to get you on their list.

Have you ever given up your email only to feel dirty later after reading the piece of s#$% someone gave you?

I have.

But let’s say you give someone something for free, your best report, or best video on how to do something that is truly valuable for that person.

Something that provided a solution to a problem that someone had without upsells or all the other crazy things marketers do when they first “get” you.

Do you think providing true value can build relationships?

I do.

Talking about upsells, have you ever experienced upsell hell?

You know, upsell after upsell after upsell just to finally get to that piece of s#$%.

Personally, I am really hoping that marketing model dies.

I like to think of my online business as a business.

You walk into my business, look around, see something you like, ask a few questions and hopefuly I provide the right answers.

The idea is to develop a relationship, not be viewed as an email on a list.

Unless of course you are an Affiliate Marketer who sells “How To Internet Marketing” stuff where the size of their list is the equilvalent of, well you know.

Hmm, this is turning out to be a rant and I have not even given you the 10 bucks yet

Now do not get me wrong, I love Affiliate Marketing and I have made a good income doing it.

Think about this.

In the past, real world marketers marketed products that were the passion of someone else.

In many cases they were either an agency or an employee doing their job.

But someone else had the passion for creating the product and they outsourced the marketing.

Now marketers create their own products but their expertise is marketing not passionate product creation.

Their passion is marketing and the product does not matter.

How often have you heard how easy it is to create a product, just outsource it.

Not much passion in that.

Okay end of rant.

In my opinion, if you are in Network Marketing keep your list but concentrate on the relationship.

Build the relationship by giving away high quality content on your blog.

Build the relationship through social media.

Build the relationship by attending local events.

Build the relationship by actually having a conversation in person or on the phone.

Oh yeah, here is your free $10 if you are in the USA -> $20 gift card for $10 to use on Amazon.com

There is only a few hours left on this deal so take advantage.

Yeah, yeah, I know scarcity, but it is not me it is Amazon limiting the time period their offer is available.

So what’s up next?

I do not like my home page and it has been a thorn in my side for awhile now.

So this weekend I am going to redesign it from a seo point of view and capture it on video for my next post.

Tracking keyword conversions is very important!

There is no reason to rank for keywords in search engines if you do not know how they convert on your website.

The idea is to be able to identify which keywords your readers use to find your blog and subsequently opt-in to your list.

In this blog post I will show you how.

In my last blog post I talked about how to do Keyword Research for Free.

I ended the discussion by promising to show you how I automate the process using a paid program, however I am going to save that for next week.

Tracking keyword conversions is very important. There is no reason to rank for keywords in search engines if you do not know how they convert on your website.

In the following video I show you how to track keyword conversions on your blog using Google Analytics.

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

The idea is to be able to identify which keywords your readers use to find your blog and subsequently opt-in to your list.

Steps to Track Keyword Conversions

Step 1 – Sign up for a Free Google Analytics account

Step 2 – Install “Exclude Pages” plugin for your WordPress blog

Step 3 – Create a “Thank You” page for your blog that your opt-in auto-responder will redirect to. Ensure you uncheck the “Include this page in lists of pages” option created by the “Exclude Pages” plugin

Step 4 – If you are using an XML Sitemap plugin then exclude the “Thank You” page you created above

Step 5 – Install “Google Analyticator” plugin for WordPress (or similar plugin)

Step 6 – Follow the instructions to have Google Analytics track your blog

Step 7 – Create a Google Analytics Custom Report

Step 8 – Use the following settings: Metric – Unique Pageviews | Dimension – Page | Sub Dimension – Keyword

Step 9 – Save the report and view the results by selecting your “Thank You” page and drill down to see the keywords

Bonus Video on How to Hide Pages on your Blog

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

So there you have it, everything you need to know to identify which keywords are leading to opt-ins for your list.

I have produced two videos and step by step instructions on how I do Keyword Research for Free.

Of course I use the free Google Keyword Tool as my starting point but I have added a few tips to make for better research.

In the videos below I show you two slightly different ways I perform Keyword Research for free.

In the first video I start with the Google Keyword Tool by entering keyword phrases I obtain from SEO Book.

SEO Book’s free keyword tool is powered by Wordtracker.

Google Keyword Tool is also free however I suggest you obtain a gmail account and login when doing research. That way you will not be limited on how many results Google will give you.

Links to all of the tools I mention are at the end of this post.

Make sure you click the Full Screen icon in the bottom right of the video after you start to play, otherwise you are not going to be able to see what I am doing.

Video 1 – Google Keyword Tool and SEO Book

Keyword Research for Free Steps

Google Keyword Tool and SEO Book

Step 1 – Enter your starter keyword and press Submit.

Step 2 – Export the Keyword list to a spreadsheet.

Step 3 – Copy the keywords (100 of them) into Google Keyword Tool “Word or Phrase” box.

Step 4 – Ensure you are searching all locations and not your local location then press Search.

Step 5 – Sort the keyword list by “Global Monthly Searches”.

Step 6 – In Match Types unclick “Broad” and click “Phrase”.

Step 7 – Download the results to your spreadsheet by clicking “Download” and selecting All from the drop down box.

Note – I changed Google’s Keyword Tool results from Broad to Phrase before I downloaded the results to my spreadsheet because the Phrase totals are more relevant for what we are doing. The Broad search result totals are for all of the words in the phrase which are of no use to us. I also did not choose any Categories. If you are doing keyword research for an affiliate product you may want to consider selecting relevant categories.

Google Keyword Tool using a Competitive Website

Step 1 – Search Google using your starter keyword. Make sure you are searching the appropriate Google country and not your local one, unless of course you want to search local. To override Google from redirecting you use the following url : http://google.com/ncr

Step 2 – Select one of the sites returned in the search results, not sites like Wikipedia, Ezine Articles, but rather one where the top level domain was returned.

Step 3 – Copy the domain name and paste into the Keyword Tool “Website” box.

Step 8 – Reload the Google Keyword Tool page to clear out all of the previous returned results.

Step 9 – Copy the keywords (100 of them) into Google Keyword Tool “Word or Phrase” box.

Step 10 – Ensure you are searching all locations and not your local location then press Search.

Step 11 – Sort the keyword list by “Global Monthly Searches”.

Step 12 – In Match Types unclick “Broad” and click “Phrase”.

Step 13 – Download the results to your spreadsheet by clicking “Download” and selecting All from the drop down box.

Spreadsheet Analysis

I use Excel as my spreadsheet, however you can use a free version from Open Office. Their link is below.

Google Keyword Tool will give us 800 keyword phrases. I will combine those 800 results with my initial 100 keywords and using Excel’s duplicate remover I will trim down the list. This post is not meant to be an Excel or other spreadsheet tutorial so if you do not understand something just ask.

I am only interested in three columns; Keyword, Global Monthly Searches and Average CPC.

I delete all other columns and I sort by the Average CPC, lowest to highest.

I will also filter the columns to show me Global Monthly Searches higher than 500. (You may decide to look at searches greater than some other higher number.

I will add a column to record Google’s number of results for phrase searches I may be interested in.

Now comes the manual work (remember we are not using paid tools).

I will scan down my spreadsheet looking for keyword phases that interest me that have reasonably good monthly searches and a low CPC.

Obviously if the CPC is really low, like zero, that may indicate a poor keyword. If the CPC rate is high that may indicate a keyword that is too competitive.

While scanning down the list I ask myself “If someone typed in that keyword phrase are they looking for me?”

When I identify a keyword phrase of interest I will do a phrase search in Google and note the number of results. If it is less than 60,000 I am interested.

The next step, assuming the search results are low enough, I will do a broad search to see what the top ten results are. I do a broad search because that is how people actually search.

This is where Firefox and the “SEO for Firefox” add-on come into play.

I will do my searches using Firefox and determine how competitive the keyword phrase is by looking at all of the wonderful stats that “SEO for Firefox” will show on the search results. I look at PR and backlinks mostly.

It is very important to review the search results and determine if you can beat some of them.

If the top results include just high authority sites then move on, especially if their domain names are listed as opposed to some deep page. It is possible to beat authority sites when the competition is low and their search result is for a deep page.

So that is how I do keyword research for free, or at least how I use to do it.

I now automate most of the process.

In a future post I will show how I automate the process using a paid program.

There are many internet marketing skills required if you plan on earning income online.

There are also many opinions about which skills are most important.

Some skills are very mechanical, like creating a website or a landing page.

Mechanical skills can never be the most important because you can easily learn them or outsource them to someone else.

Copywriting is an important skill and can even involve creativity but for me it is still not the most important.

In my opinion the most important internet marketing skill is the ability to generate traffic.

If you can generate traffic to your business everything else will fall into place.

Sure, converting that traffic is important, even knowing how to squeeze every penny from your traffic is important, however no matter what business you are in if no one opens the door to your business you fail.

If you have traffic then you can concentrate on conversion, and certainly if you get this step wrong you will fail while those who get it right prosper.

But step one is getting the right customers through your door to take a look around.

One could argue that you could also outsource your traffic building and I would agree.

However there are elements of generating taffic that I would not outsource until I thoroughly understood the process.

One element is keyword research.

Knowing how to do keyword research will help you target the right people to your business and get you free traffic from the search engines.

Once you have your keywords you could easily outsource the rest of the project, from on and off page SEO to article writing.

Of course there are many ways to generate traffic; social media, buying ads, PPC, but getting traffic from the search engines is one of the easiest ways if you know how.

In my next post I am going to make a screen capture video on how I do keyword research, from beginning to end.

My Top 10 Home Business Predictions for 2011.

My first nine predictions are meant to be humorous however my number one prediction will be your key to success in 2011.

I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

Now for my 2011 predictions.

#10. Jonathan Budd will obtain enlightenment in his search for the ultimate answer to network marketing and become the first Buddha (much better than just a Guru) of Internet Marketing. Watch for Jonathan to be floating around the California hills with nothing more than his big smile.

#9. Twitter announces a new milestone; 1% of all new tweets are now generated by humans.

#8. Glenn Beck joins Numis.

#7. Google announces new major algorithm change called “IM Extinction Event”.

#6. A MIT research student discovers that the human hand has actually changed over the last 10 years. The thumb is gradually becoming leaner and showing more dexterity as compared to the fingers. Some lawyers will try to patent the new hand to be able to claim royalties everytime someone uses a smart phone. Others claim proof of evolution. Sarah Palin blames Obama.

#5. Facebook starts to lose significant members to the new social phenom, Fakebook.

#4. Someone will join Amway and retire within one year (really, no joke).

#3. Rhonda Byrne will discover that she forget to tell you something and for $29.95 she will let you know what it was.

#2. Internet Marketers will realize they can buy more storage space so that they do not run out of product.

and finally

#1. 2011 will be known as the “Year of the Relationship”.

So, what are your predictions for 2011?

For some Network Marketing is just an illegal pyramid scheme.

And to be fair, many mlm’s are just that.

My blog is about Home Business Solutions and Network Marketing is just one solution. There are many others that I will discuss in the future as well as tax advice and tips.

However, for now, I would like to explore what Network Marketing is and is not.

First, illegal pyramids are defined by law, not your Uncle Bob who thinks he knows everything.

Regulators have no problems with companies who use multi-level marketing compensation plans as long as their associates earn their commissions on product sales and not on recruiting.

Of course people are always looking for ways to get around this and that is why regulators also look at the product to determine if it is just an over-priced excuse for earning income from recruiting.

And here is something that may upset some, all Cash Gifting programs are illegal pyramids as defined by the FCC and state laws.

I know that some cash gifters are still trying to say that the IRS gifting rules make them legal. The problem with their argument is that the IRS does not determine if a source of income is legal or not and that the gifting rules do not apply to an organized business.

So the question is “Is your Network Marketing business legal?”

I cannot answer that for you because it depends.

If you earn commissions on product sales and those products have a legitimate market outside of your business then you will be okay.

My point though is that many Network Marketing companies are perfectly legal and more than that they are equal opportunity home business solutions.

What other business could you start so cheaply and have the same opportunity of success as everyone else?

You do not need a fancy degree or lots of money to succeed.

You could be tall or short, fat or skinny, purple or green, it does not matter.

The only thing that matters is how much effort you put into your business.

And that is the same for any business you could start, from a traditional brick and mortar business to making money online.

Some would argue that only a small percentage actually succeed, and that is true.

But that is also true for all types of businesses, including being an employee.

Take a look at your organization right now from a compensation point of view.

What do you see?

Chances are you are going to see a pyramid. And those at the top have no intention of allowing you to get there.

Whereas with Network Marketing no one is in your way; no office politics and no one to hold you back, just you.

And here is the kicker, the skills you need to learn to succeed are easy.

Really really easy.

The hard part is to actually get off your butt and take action.

And that is true for any type of business you may decide to start.

Take a look at the upper right corner of my blog.

There you will see an opt-in for my free report “How To Become An Expert Networker And Dominate The Home Business Industry“.

I know what you are thinking, well not really, but I can make a prediction about your home network marketing business.

There will come a time, if it hasn’t already happened, that you will wonder whether or not it is all worth it.

Maybe you are having trouble attracting traffic to your lead generating funnel.

Maybe you are having trouble retaining recruits.

Maybe you are starting to wonder whether or not that auto-shipped product is that great.

Maybe your family is starting to look at you funny.

Even though you may have doubts you still have one thing.

Your dream.

And even though you may quit your network marketing business it does not mean you have given up on your dream.

I am not saying go a head a quit because you have doubts.

What I am saying is do not give up on your dreams.

If something is not working, try something else, and that could be developing different techniques in building your current business.

Or it could mean trying another business.

But it does not mean you should give up on your dreams.

Take a look at the upper right corner of my blog.

You might be thinking I love the products, or the opportunity, or maybe even the convoluted compensation plans that only a rocket scientist could understand.

But you would be wrong.

What I love about Network Marketing as a Home Business Solution is the people.

Before you ever consider joining a Network Marketing opportunity make sure that you truly understand that this is a people business.

Network Marketers are the most sociable, nicest people I have ever met.

They are focused and goal driven.

Multi Level Marketers understand why having the right mindset is so important.

They know that the path to success is in helping others with no expectations.

When you are stuck, or down, or need an answer to a question they are just a phone call away.

Network Marketers take action on their dreams.

They do not sit around hoping their future works out.

They view people not as a commodity but as a relationship.

The solutions to your problems can be found in what I love about Network Marketing, the people.

MLM is a valid and profitable home business solution.

Others would disagree with me.

They say things like only 95% succeed and that mlm’s are nothing but pyramids.

Guess what, life is a pyramid.

The top 1% in the US earn most of the income.

Next time you are at work take a look at your corporate structure. It is a pyramid with those at the top earning the most money.

It is the same with Network Marketing.

But there is a big difference.

Network Marketing is an equal opportunity business.

It does not matter the level of your education, the color of your skin, where you live, male or female, or young or old.

There is only one criteria, that you are open to new opportunities.

Everything else can be easily learned through the great people already in the business.

Take a look at the upper right corner of my blog.

There you will see an opt-in for my free report “How To Become An Expert Networker And Dominate The Home Business Industry“.

Why not subscribe and over the next ten days I will discuss with you through emails my thoughts on each chapter.

At the end of the ten days you will know whether this home business solution is for you.

There is something even scarier than being unemployed, being long term unemployed.

Some quick points from 60 Minutes tonight

Former Fiber Optic engineer just got a job at Target at less than $10 an hour

One third of current unemployed jobless for over a year

The real unemployment/underemployment rate is 17%

Quote: “I applied and I got a rejection letter, and that made me happy because usually I don’t get a rejection letter”

It was sad seeing all of those hands raise up when asked if they had used up their savings and 401k’s.

All of their lives they have worked hard and saved and now into their forties, fifties and even sixties they are starting over.

They represent the desperate unemployed.

How would you feel going to a job interview where thousands have applied?

All of my friends who read this blog already know the solution and are working hard every day.

But many do not.

The real wealth in this world is in owning your own business.

And I can help anyone start their own business.

All you have to do is ask.

Admitting one’s mistake is not always easy.

Many view it as a sign of weakness, others a sign of strength.

Some people will pick on minor mistakes to try and invalidate your whole argument.

While others do not even know they made a mistake regardless of overwhelming evidence.

And finally some will always blame their mistakes on others or unavoidable circumstances.

Of course there are different kinds of mistakes.

You make mistakes when you are learning something new. In this case your mistakes are part of the process in becoming an expert.

Then there are mistakes of judgment that may affect other people. I would think that these types of mistakes are the hardest to admit.

We all make mistakes, whether in our personal lives or in our business.

In my opinion nothing worse than making a mistake of inaction and then regretting it years later, which by the way I think is one of the easiest mistakes one can make.

Back in July 2008 I decided to take a look at network marketing after I had some successes in affiliate marketing.

At that time the hot mlm of the day was Travelencia. It appealed to me because I like to travel and I could use a 24 hour travel concierge to take care of me.

Since they were new I took advantage of cheap PPC and managed to attract over 30 team members in just a few weeks. I even won an award.

Recently I exchanged emails with someone who was rubbing it in that ultimately Travelencia failed and they wanted me to admit I was wrong, that they were right, and whether or not I felt guilty.

I definitely do not feel guilty

Everyone who joined my team I personally spoke with on the phone and warned them about the risks. Many of my writings online warned that it was risk, albeit a low risk given the low cost to join.

Did I feel I made a mistake in joining Travelencia, again the answer is no. I went in knowing it was a risk.

So what was my mistake?

My mistake was not developing a duplicable system that my team could follow.

I had grand ideas but I did not follow through.

Remember this was back in July 2008.

My idea was to create a system where everyone would support each other’s marketing efforts.

Does that sound familiar?

Travelencia was just a tool to get it started.

My philosophy was that it did not matter if they succeeded or not, we were just going to use this opportunity to create a strong, supportive team so that we could move on and tackle any opportunity that came our way.

While I was working on this idea I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones and when I got out my support site was filled with spammers.

At the same time Travelencia was moving away from travel benefits to a consumer benefits plan, which I had no interest in.

So, rather than continue building the “tribe” without an opportunity, I quit.

And now I regret that.

But there is one silver lining in that experience, I learned from my mistake.

Some people are setting their goals and measuring results in such a way that they guarantee failure.

You might be thinking "how does setting goals cause failure?"

Very simple, you set the wrong goals.

More specifically you identify a task that needs to be done and you assign a goal that is all or nothing.

This is how people falsely determine whether a task works or not.

I think it would be more clear if I give an example.

Today I was reading a blog post by Karen Newman about Internet Marketing Success Tips and my friend Oliver Tausend‘s comment triggered a thought.

Some people are setting their goals and measuring results in such a way that they guarantee failure.

You might be thinking “how does setting goals cause failure?”

Very simple, you set the wrong goals.

More specifically you identify a task that needs to be done and you assign a goal that is all or nothing.

This is how people falsely determine whether a task works or not.

I think it would be more clear if I give an example.

Let’s say that an internet marketing task I would like to perform is article marketing.

Many would set their goal in terms of SEO and traffic to determine success or not.

It seems logical because that is the end game.

But that would be wrong.

Your actual goal should be to master article marketing not the results of performing article marketing.

You will know when you achieve this goal when you start to see SEO results and traffic.

How many times have you heard someone say “okay I will give it a try”.

What does that mean?

It means they will try it once and based on the results determine if it works or not.

If they do not get results they determine that it does not work.

If instead of “trying” something they decide to master it, then the results do not determine success or failure.

The results determine areas of strength and areas in need of improvement.

When you set goals this way you actually guarantee success.

My question for you today is how do you set goals?

Let me know in the comments below.

But first my story about smiling

When I travel I like to stay in places where I get to mix with the people.

Usually this means small, apartment style hotels.

The last time I was in Phuket I stayed at such a place where I had a small apartment with a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking the back alley, or as they call it, soi.

The people who lived along the soi always ate outdoors. There were barbecues and small table top stoves everywhere.

I would walk down the soi while coming and going and I would always smile at a nice old lady who was always cooking and cleaning outside her little apartment.

I tried to engage her in conversation but all we could do was smile and nod our heads.

One day I was coming back from a day trip and there she was cooking some barbecued fish.

I have to tell you the aroma was fantastic.

As I approached her, she saw me, and with her big smile grabbed my arm and directed me to sit down.

Suddenly six or so of her grandchildren, maybe even great grand children , all came running out to sit with me.

They were all smiling and laughing and I had no idea what they were talking about but no doubt I was the topic.

At first I felt a bit uncomfortable.

But then the fish was served with some extremely hot dipping sauces.

I was in heaven even though I was turning beet red.

Somehow I connected with her just through smiling.

It is the same in business.

If you smile you are approachable.

If you frown or turn away you are telling people to stay away.

The next day I bought all of the kids t-shirts and new sandals, trust me they needed them.

My question for you is “are you approachable, do you smile and make eye contact” or do you avoid drawing attention to yourself?

Tell me in the comments below.

Honestly, why are you making it so hard for me to share your great content?

I read a lot of blog posts and many bloggers simply do not take advantage of some of the best sharing plugins out there.

I am not going to name anyone, but if I have to take time to figure out how to share your blog post then I am likely not going to.

And I am not talking just about not having convenient share buttons, I am also talking about buttons that do not work.

On some blogs I click the Twitter share icon and the plugin chosen does not create a shortened link.

Not the end of the world however many times the tweet exceeds the 140 character limit.

You may be thinking, Peter why are so being so nasty?

Don’t blame me, blame Ana.

Ana wrote a very helpful blog post -> 202 Bite-Sized Tips To Insanely Increase Your Blog Traffic

And number 47 on that list is “Make it easy to share what you are doing“.

So, how will you make it easier for me to share your content?

Have social media share buttons at the beginning of your post

Have social media share buttons at the end of your blog post

Make sure your buttons work by testing them

Don’t list every conceivable social media site

I use “Digg Digg” at the beginning of my posts and “OnlyWire” and “Share this” at the end.

I even slip in a Twitter share button at the beginning of the comment section.

Some may think this is overkill and probably is, but it does cater to those who like to share before they read the post and to those who prefer to read the post first.

My last point involves plugins that can list hundreds of social media sites. Nothing worse that searching through a list looking for the Twitter button.

What social media sites should you select for your site?

Definitely Facebook and Twitter. Personally I like Digg, Google Buzz and Stumbleupon as well.

I leave it up to you as there are so many, however try to keep it to a manageable few, no more than six.

The great thing about “OnlyWire” is that you make it very easy for those registered with the service.

A couple of clicks and they are sharing your content on all of their subscribed services.

Another tip, submit your post to Digg first so that your readers can digg it with one click.

Here is your call to action -> Take a critical look at your blog and ask yourself if it is easy for your readers to share your content.

Try sharing your post to see exactly what your readers are faced with, plus it is a good way to test your links to ensure they work.

In my last post I talked about The Law of Attraction and how The Law of Awareness actually makes it work.

Our thoughts make us aware of things that were always there but we did not notice them before or recognize them as opportunities.

Our thoughts also cause us to change our outer personal that causes others to notice us, that is become aware of us.

The things we want to attract are already there we just need to open our minds to them.

That is why the Law of Attraction does not work in isolation. We need to take action and mingle with the world.

You can think good thoughts until you turn blue in the face but if you do not manifest those thoughts into action nothing will happen except by chance.

There are billions of people in the world so there will be stories about receiving unexpected riches like a lottery win, or an inheritance or even a refund on your electrical bill, but those are just chance occurrences.

Taking action is taking control of your life and ensuring the results you want. It may be a bumpy ride but it sure beats the odds of some random chance event.

When I turned fifty I sat myself down and took a good hard look at what I was doing and if it was leading me to where I wanted to go. At that time the answer was a qualified “yes”. I say qualified because I never wrote it down. I was just unconsciously muddling my way through life knowing that I could work until I dropped if I had to.

I like to travel so when I retire my plan was to spend 30% of my time working as a self-employed accountant and the rest of the time travelling. Working part-time meant that I would have enough cash flow to live the lifestyle I wanted and I not exhaust my retirement fund before I died.

Seemed like a plan.

Then an unforeseen circumstance raised its ugly head.

My professional accounting association changed the rules. To be able to practice public accounting, which I was planning on doing in retirement, I was now required to average a certain amount of hours each year. Since I could not maintain those hours while working in private industry I had to give up my public license, as did many in my situation.

When I retire I will have to work at least three years for another public accountant full-time to get my license reinstated, assuming someone would hire me.

So now I had a dilemma.

I needed a new game plan.

I decided that I would find another home business I could do instead of compiling financial statements and tax returns.

I attended seminars, breakfast meetings, and webinars and I started to see opportunities everywhere.

Wherever I went I would take my digital camera and recorder to be able to capture whatever opportunity I ran into.

The point is that all of those opportunities were already there. They did not just suddenly manifest themselves because I was thinking about them.

So what is the moral of this story?

Take action!

If you have an opportunity you are working on, great, keep it up.

If you are thinking of starting your own home business then give me a call.

I have had some great conversations with people so far and I look forward to talking with you and listening to your story.

I think most of us are aware of the Law of Attraction.

In simplest terms we attract what we think.

The law is really an observation.

And in many circumstances a personal observation.

Some, like Wattles and Hill explained the observation in terms of placing out thoughts in the "interspaces of the universe" or ether.

Others have been looking to Quantum Physics for answers.

And some have made it into some sort of mystical secret.

I think most of us are aware of the Law of Attraction.

In simplest terms we attract what we think.

The law is really an observation.

And in many circumstances a personal observation.

Some, like Wattles and Hill explained the observation in terms of placing out thoughts in the “interspaces of the universe” or ether.

Others have been looking to Quantum Physics for answers.

And some have made it into some sort of mystical secret.

The problem with looking at the law in isolation is that it becomes a push button solution to your desires. Those who promote the law this way know this because it helps create push button sales for their products.

“All I have to do is think about my desires and the universe will provide them”

If only it was that easy.

I promised you something you may not know about the law and I alluded to it above, and here it is:

The Law of Attraction is really an observation and requires the Law of Awareness to make it work.

We all know that if we sit in isolation thinking of riches nothing will happen, right?

Something more than chance is required.

Before I wrote this post I searched for other people’s thoughts on the Law of Awareness and found mostly mystical explanations.

I am not much of a mystical person even though I do occasionally refer to “kharma”.

The first step is self or inner awareness.

This inner awareness can be as simple as developing the desire for something or more complex such as performing a critical look at our lives.

A good example of this is Kathy Jodrey’s post about attracting abundance.

Kathy tells a great story about attracting a Jet Ski.

Kathy, through watching someone else Jet Ski realized that she wanted one for her family, but at an affordable price.

Her new inner awareness that she wanted a Jet Ski for her family suddenly manifested itself in her neighbourhood.

But did it?

Her inner awareness actually manifested the second step of awareness, her outer awareness.

When Kathy realized what she wanted, she now became aware of a unwanted Jet Ski in her neighbour’s yard. It was always there, she just never noticed it.

Kathy became aware that she could now own her own Jet Ski but she had to take an uncomfortable action, knocking on her neighbour’s door to ask how she could obtain it.

Some people justify their lives by saying that others are lucky because they get all of the opportunities.

Luck has nothing to do with it.

Those “others” are just more aware of opportunities when they present themselves.

Have you ever been given a thought about something, say from TV and then suddenly you see it everywhere?

Guess what, it was always there but you were not aware of it.

The last step of awareness is to create awareness in others of what you are doing to achieve your desires.

In business some refer to this as “Attraction Marketing”.

My friend Marcus Baker wrote a great blog post about how Attraction Marketing works and doesn’t work.

Here is a quote from his article:

“You cannot truly value others or share value until you are totally aware of your own value”

In Napoleon Hill’s famous book “Think and Grow Rich” he tells the story of Edwin Barnes. Barnes did not place his thoughts in the mysterious ether as Hill would explain, but rather through his actions and words he placed a seed, a thought, in Edison’s mind. He made Edison aware of him, enough so that he got his foot in the front door.

First we become aware of our desires.

Second we manifest those desires through our own outer awareness by seizing opportunities.

And finally, through our outer appearance, attitude, actions, and our spoken and written word, we create awareness in others in what we are doing.

If you are attracting people and events to your life that you do not desire that means your outer behaviour does not match your inner desires, you are not congruent.

When was the last time you had a really good talk with yourself and done some critical thinking of where you are right now in life and where you want to be?

Or are you living life unconsciously hoping things will work out?

Some may argue that they are living life consciously?

If you do not have a written plan for your desires and steps to achieve them, then I would argue you are living life unconsciously, just hoping things work out.

In my next post I will share my personal story and how I have applied the Law of Awareness.

For now share your thoughts in the comments below. I welcome differing opinions on this subject.

If you have your own story of awareness please share.

Feeling uncomfortable is not a bad thing.

Not doing anything about it is.

Because if you do nothing it could kill your business.

So what is it going to be?

A little uncomfort now or a lot of uncomfort later.

And here is what I mean by a lot of uncomfort -> NO RETIREMENT

What uncomfortable task are you avoiding right now?

Writing an article?

Calling someone?

Doing a presentation?

When I first became a Chartered Accountant I was very uncomfortable attending seminars with a large group of my peers. I was extremely terrified of ever having to give a presentation.

My solution -> Join Toastmasters.

I was not the best speaker in our group however I quickly became President, mostly because no one else wanted to take on the responsibility.

Our best speaker was scheduled to speak at a regional contest. At the last minute he could not attend and since I could not find anyone in our group willing to step forward, as President it was up to me.

You know, one of those circumstances out of your control. (not really)

As I rode over to the event in the back of a cab I was scrambling to come up with at least a five minute speech. It was very hot so I was sweating big time.

Upon arriving I had nothing ready. Instead of enjoying the event by relaxing in the crowd, I am in the back waiting my turn. Imagine waiting for your name to be called and your mind is a blank.

I was uncomfortable.

I could have passed, everyone would have understood.

As I walked up to the podium looking out at approximately 300 people I decided to tell them the story of how I arrived at this excruciating point in time.

I do not remember my exact words, but I talked about being uncomfortable, how I faced it, and how dealing with what makes us uncomfortable in our profession is really where our inner growth comes from.

Anyone can do the comfortable.

This week I am doing something uncomfortable for me.

I am attending an event of over 350 small and medium sized business owners.

The uncomfortble part is that I am going alone, with no sidekick for support.

I am going to walk in, look around and not know anyone. I will immediately head to the bar for a drink.

Then I will take a deep breath and head out into the crowd and strike up conversations.

Earlier I asked you what uncomfortable task you are avoiding in your business.

Now I am going to ask you to tell me below in the comments what it is, and if you feel comfortable, tell all of us what you are going to do about it.

Recently I had the pleasure to interview Jim Kukral about his new book called :

“Attention this book will make you MONEY”.

From Jim’s website :

Jim is a web marketer & business web coach, speaker, long-time award-winning blogger, customer evangelist, writer, online monetization expert, and well, a bunch of other things. Jim Kukral has experienced just about everything web related you can think of. That’s why Jim has become one of the Industry’s most sought after consultants and public speakers.

Here is the interview :

Do you know how to get ATTENTION?

Or better yet are you getting attention to what you are doing online?

For most of you the answer will be “no”, for others it may be a qualified “yes”.

What is the one factor that successful entrepreneurs have in common?

Attention.

They know what kind of attention they need, they know how to get it, maintain it, and know how to make it pay off over the long run.

The book is easy to read and covers the following topics :

Creating a compelling hook

Maintaining a good brand name online

Going from idea to success in eight hours

Twenty-six ways to generate killer ideas

Three truths for coming up with great ideas

Making money from online videos

Making money from social media

Getting and keeping subscribers

The universal truths of selling on the Web

The one thing I really love about the book is the compelling stories

Jason Sadler is another one of those Web-entrpreneurs that have taken a silly or creative idea and turned it into Web gold! Jason created IwearYourShirt.com, a site that features him wearing a new shirt every day, each one sponsored by a new advertiser. In 2009 Jason successfully sold 365-days of sponsored shirt wearing, earning him just under $70,000. Yes, you read that right. Jason made almost $70,000 for wearing a different t-shirt every day. Doesn’t sound so silly now, does it?

So who should read this book?

Small Business Owners, Bloggers, Entrepreneurs, Day Job Dreamers, anyone who wants success online.

Go here right now and buy this book -> ATTENTION this book will make you MONEY

It is insanely priced low and it will make you money!
